Returns and cancelling
14 days to change your mind from the day it arrives. You pay the return postage unless the phone is faulty, then we do. Full details in our terms of sale.
Warranty
12-month Takeback warranty: if a fault develops, we repair, replace or refund. On top of your legal rights, not instead of them. Installing GrapheneOS voids Google's own warranty, which is why ours exists.
Will my apps work?
Most do, including WhatsApp and Signal. Banking apps vary by bank: see our UK banking apps guide before you buy. Google Wallet tap-to-pay doesn't work on GrapheneOS.
